By placing an order with Kanzen Performance Ltd you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions detailed below.

Privacy Policy

Kanzen Performance Ltd. respects your privacy. Only information freely given by you is collected by this web site and used only by Kanzen Performance Ltd. and Mine’s to process your order.

Disclaimer

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information on this website is correct, we cannot guarantee that every piece of information is accurate. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any part of the website with or without notice. You are solely responsible for verifying the information on this site before you make a purchase.

Kanzen Performance Ltd. is only responsible for the monetary value of the goods sold, and is in no way responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale. You agree to indemnify Kanzen Performance Ltd. against any costs incurred during the installation, repair or maintenance of any item purchased, including the cost of any damaged parts and labour. It is your responsibility to ensure that any parts ordered are suitable for your vehicle, as well as legal in your country.

Payment Policy

Orders are processed upon receipt of payment, and subject to availability. If an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately with an estimate of availability. Special orders, that is orders made to order, cannot be cancelled or returned.

Due to the fluctuating exchange rate all prices are displayed in Japanese Yen, but we can accept payment in either Pounds Sterling or Japanese Yen. Please contact us for an accurate quote including shipping and handling. For payment in Pounds Sterling funds should be received within 5 working days of the initial quote to ensure alignment with the current exchange rate.

Kanzen Performance Ltd. can accept payment by either PayPal or bank transfer. Any charges incurred for accepting funds via PayPal are payable by you. Kanzen Performance Ltd. will inform you of any such charges before an order is accepted. Any orders paid by credit card must be shipped to the cardholders billing address or a verified alternate shipping address. Orders will not be shipped if the address provided does not match the records of the credit cardholders bank. Please note that PayPal does not permit a withdraw to a UK business account in Japanese YEN, so any payment received in Yen should be made direct to our bank account if you wish to avoid unecessary exchange rate charges.

Cancellation Policy

Mine’s will only process an order once payment has been received in full, and do not accept cancellation for any reason. To ensure quick delivery orders are usually shipped direct from Mine’s, so if you wish to cancel then we will be forced to take the item as our own stock and charge a 25% stocking fee. Special orders, that is orders made to order, cannot be cancelled or returned.

Delivery Information

Insured Worldwide delivery is available with reputable couriers by either air or sea.

We ship direct from Japan, so delivery costs will vary depending upon the size, weight, destination and agent used. Please contact us for a quote.

The following shipping methods are available. The carrier used will vary depending on the item(s) ordered:

Air: EMS / SAL (Japan Post Economy Air) / UPS / K-Line Logistics
Sea: Japan Post Surface / Naigai Trans Lines / K-Line Logistics

Any shipping times given are approximate, and whilst every effort is made to ensure goods are dispatched promptly we cannot be held responsible for any delays thereafter. If there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us and we will follow up the order and do everything within our power to resolve any issues.

VAT

All items are shipped direct from Japan, and are therefore not subject to British sales tax (VAT).

Import Duty

Any import duty levied during shipping is payable by you the customer. Taxes vary from country to country, and are calculated from the total cost declared and the type of item imported. All items shipped are marked as automotive parts. Customers should contact their local customs office for further information.

Warranty

The warranty is dependent on the item. Please contact us if you have a specific query.

Returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind please first contact us for a returns number, and then send the item to the address provided within 7 days of delivery to you. The returned item must be unused and in the original sealed packaging. It must be accompanied by the original invoice and a returns number clearly marked on the package. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in a refusal of your return. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless we delivered it to you in error. We cannot accept returns on electronic goods or special orders, and reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee.

If an item received has been damaged in transit it must be reported to us in writing within two days of receipt. It is your responsibility to contact the carrier and arrange inspection, collection and refund.
